That's because you keep pestering people beyond acceptable limits. I'm not surprised. And so why are you bothering people here if some sales support didn't reply to your email?! WHY?! I reckon you were here a week ago, asking some Canon printer manual related query EVERY SINGLE DAY for 5 days or so (the same content in your post) until you were asked to go and use Canon support instead? I have to politely tell you not to bore us to death with your tech support posts here. :|

Ok, first of all I found this forum is used to post anything that is not related to programming language. But if all of you are now welcome my question it is not problem. I am to unregsiter from this CP soon. I have been member in this forum for 5 year and now it is the time that I should find another place to share idea and support. Note: My first e-mail to the sale person was reply 1 days after I e-mail. And the second e-mail that I send to them was 2 week until now and they don't reply to me. May be this is the way that they work and need more time to work to asnwer my e-mail with 5 question. Thank,

Depends what the question is about. If its a problem with code then someone with experience can probably help. When its something like this, which is a product specification, then the best bet is to contact the manufacturer or try google. I mean, realistically, why would you expect anyone on a programming forum to know this? The same applies to questions about 3rd party controls, the vendor is the best person to ask. [^]
Which you don't seem to have understood. I'm not sure I could explain it better than him either... I never wanted you (or anyone else for that matter) to leave CP. But if you decide to leave this place instead of changing the standard of your questions, I do not know how can I help that. I do not feel the need to apologise because I think I haven't done anything wrong.

He's looking for somebody to blame because of his sheer lack of googling/binging knowledge. He needs to spend some time learning how to use a search engine before coming back to CP.

Makes me wonder what was he at CP for when he wants to "leave" it after he was told not to post tech support queries. :)

Well we should of helped him by redirecting him to the "World of Photocopier Engineers".com - I sure he'll find a few spare parts there.

I mean, realistically, why would you expect anyone on a programming forum to know this? I think this is a misconception for some non-technical people. I have occasionally gotten off-the-wall questions from friends and family because, well, I work with "computers". They automatically assume because I write code for a living, I will know exactly why their cell phone/printer/TV/car radio/hand-held walkie-talkie isn't working. I always just point them to the manufacturer and then quietly sigh to myself.
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep But I have promises to keep and lines to code before I sleep, and lines to code before I sleep...
