Hi all, been a very long time. How are all of you? I still lurk here just been busy. My new life as a rock climber has been a mega-blast and so I'm not online as much. Which is really a good thing I think. :-\ So I have 4 gmail accounts I'd love to be able to view in the same browser or something. Is there a way to see all your mail in GMAIL accounts with Outlook but not download it? I'd love to have them listed in Outlook but they only download if I click on them or something. Is there a way to do that? Or is there a way to view multiple GMAIL accounts (signed into 4 or more at the same time) from within a single browser? OT: Hi!

I have multiple GMail accounts. I've enabled automatic forwarding of all mails from the secondary accounts to the primary account, and put a filter in the primary to add labels. I've assigned a different label colour for each account, this way, I can visually distinguish. As for Outlook, it sure has an option to download headers only. But am not sure if it'll work with GMail POP. Give it a try though. BTW, how is your daughter doing?

I guess you can use any IMAP client that supports multiple accounts. You'll need to turn IMAP on in Gmail (on all 4 accounts).

In Outlook, you can change the settings on the account to "Leave mail on server" and they won't be removed from the server. However, my understanding is that once you set up the account to use personal folders you're stuck. You'd have to delete the account and recreate it, or add another account for the same email address. Then again, I haven't used Outlook for a couple of years now. You can configure Gmail to check up to 5 POP accounts from within a single browser. Click on "Settings" on the top right and then the "Accounts and Import" tab. There's a "Check mail using POP3" section that allows you to add other accounts. Then they all flow through that one account. I've been using it for five accounts for years.
