      Huh... Upon reading the title, I immediately thought of the old EPM editor that shipped with OS/2. Sadly, this doesn't appear to have any connection.

              From the second link: The editor could not have been build without the support of a lot of open source projects (most notably wxWidgets). So to give back, the Linux version will be totally free (as in beer).

                  Some licences make that 'free' mandatory. The BSD-style license[^] that he's using surely implies that :)
