Bluetooth speaker recommendations?
-
Can anyone recommend a good pair of bluetooth speakers that I can use with my netbook? (Samsung NC10) I'm looking for something that I can just pair, sit on a shelf, and forget about (so prefer something with a PSU over something that takes batteries) Range isn't overly important, as I don't plan on ever using them from a different room to the netbook

Rather than speakers, I would recommend an independent bluetooth receiver. You can use them with speakers or headsets or any audio device with the right cord really. I personally bought the Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Receiver a couple years ago, but I stopped using it when I got rid of my elliptical. It did have some problems, like limited range*, getting a bit warm, and the software was kind of crap. I remember having to buy an upgrade for some reason (stereo audio, a new connection profile, or something along those lines). I haven't used it in a while*, but I guess you could leave it plugged into its charger if you don't want to worry about the battery running out. Also, if you are curious, it is very small*... about 3 inches long. *That's what she said :((

You're the second person who's recommended one of those - I'll have to have a look (and see if there are any connections I can pull on to get a discount :-D )
