So, you might know that back in 2006 I started the ScrewTurn Wiki project. Well, three major versions has come past, and 60k downloads in the last 9 months. Everything totally exceeded my expectations. A couple of weeks ago I founded a company, and today we made the announcement that ScrewTurn Wiki has been acquired by such company. I'm very excited about this thing, and as many of us do, I had to post it here. :-D That is the reason why I have been quite absent lately. Setting up a company is such a complex and time-consuming task... anyway, we're done now, and the real work can start. Wish us luck!

Congrats, Dario. From this point forward in your business life, the most important thing in each and every day will be marketing. If you can avoid the typical techie urge to bury yourself in the code (you know, the fun part) and instead work tirelessly on promoting and selling your product, you'll be light years ahead of most companies.

Constructive criticism is always welcome. STW will only be a part of our business. We're working on two other (non-free) projects, totally unrelated to STW. Besides that, we also offer commercial redistribution licenses for STW. Basically, we use them to support development of the application.
