Why is it ?

I don't need to have other people tell me that I disagree with you on some points and agree on other points. I defend you when I think you have value, otherwise I let you battle on your own. I don't have to side with them when there's so many against one. That's all it is. I'm sorry I'm too independent for you.
You just join in on the Groupthink so to distance yourself from the attacks. Its a common thing I've seen it before.

The way I see it, you've submitted to a version of groupthink, and you don't even realize it. Yes, I am saying the same thing as everyone else in this thread, but how many times have I defended you, and how many times have I railed against you? I'd say it's about 50/50. If you've seen my show, and apparently you have, you know that I don't side with them on everything. If you've read my posts here, and you apparently have, you know that I defend the position on sound money and capitalism, and freedom in general. But that doesn't mean I will submit to all of your beliefs and superstitions. Think about it: Alex Jones himself spoke against the freedom to keep and bear arms... He isn't right about everything now, is he? I'll even say, and I have said, that the founders themselves were not perfect, though I think their Constitution came out as close to perfect as can be expected at the time. So guess what: I don't agree with you on everything. I don't agree with everything that people post here, in general. I will defend my position to the end, unless I believe I've been proven wrong. To that end: I am not a subject of groupthink, though you do seem to be.

This is the best thing about people who are remarkably wrong, they can delude themselves into believing that everyone else is just a fool, they have the one true idea of how things really are. No matter how divorced from reality it may be. They make for wonderful entertainment.

Again, what do you disagree with? It seems to me that you are just trying to distance yourself. Can't you understand the the attacks are baseless and empty? We are on the right side. They are a bunch of big government draconian new world feudalists. All they want to do is gang up on one person and pretend they are powerful because they are part of a group. Its extremely mindless, they do not care if we are right or wrong, they only care about making sure everyone feels as inadequate as them.

Don't use concepts that you don't understand.

No you haven't. You don't understand the concept. All of us saying that we think you are an addlepated nincompoop does not make it Groupthink. You posted a link to the symptoms of Groupthink. Did you read them? 1. Illusions of invulnerability creating excessive optimism and encouraging risk taking. 2. Rationalizing warnings that might challenge the group's assumptions. 3. Unquestioned belief in the morality of the group, causing members to ignore the consequences of their actions. 4. Stereotyping those who are opposed to the group as weak, evil, biased, spiteful, disfigured, impotent, or stupid. 5. Direct pressure to conform placed on any member who questions the group, couched in terms of "disloyalty". 6. Self censorship of ideas that deviate from the apparent group consensus. 7. Illusions of unanimity among group members, silence is viewed as agreement. 8. Mind guards — self-appointed members who shield the group from dissenting information. Now provide evidence of these symptoms from previous postings.

I obviously agree with you that a lot of things that "they" talk about (including media) is based on big government. I would even agree with you on the fact that our entire society is actually based on feudalism (nobody actually outright owns the land, land grants/allodial titles aren't given anymore by any state except possibly Texas and Nevada). However, when I can have debates with people such as Ian and Christian, they must have backing in some way. I don't think you realize that you post something, and then make a comment at the end of the post. They make fun of it (which I deem as their flaw), and then you continue to call names. That's what Ian is saying, and I'd agree with him. You don't follow through with a logical conclusion; you just make a post and a comment, that's it. You call people names. It doesn't give you credibility. There have been a number of things I don't agree with, because I have barely cared to look into it, because you just do the same routine over and over again. You cite one source, and that's the end of it. What is it that you don't understand? We are on the same side, and we're not. You're completely biased. I am as well, I must say. However, I think I have a little bit more of an open mind than you. This is why people make fun of you. Wake up. (We've been over this before. But since you've apparently been doing this for years, it's going to take some time for you to get it.) Honestly, I don't know who has less of an open mind. And since I'm now a part of this, maybe I have less of an open mind as well. But, somehow I doubt it.

"They"? If you and I were the only persons posting on this forum, I would post in exactly same way. Ganging up, indeed.

Now that I think about it, how is it that I could be distancing myself? I'm still here, and I have a show once every two weeks. Why would you trying to intentionally bash me?

Why would you be trying to intentionally bash them? Put another way: if you start acting like an adult and put forth a logical argument instead of two sentence insane sounding "proofs", maybe you'd get a bit more respect from everyone else. You and I know what a conspiracy is, and that they make history itself; however, in a layman's terminology, stop spreading "conspiracy theories". You have to put forth an argument that is hard to break down. Believe me, the reason why I'm half and half is because I can logically deduce what makes sense to me and what does not. The reason why you can't reason your way through on these postings is because you don't know the proof (or at least, you're not showing it, therefore that's why I believe you really don't know the proof). So, if you know it, then post it. Reason and prove your argument. Know the argument. Otherwise, you shouldn't be just posting "conspiracy theories". All you do is call people names. That's your defense. It's slander, and has no backing.

"Arrested TSA worker asked girl to be his 'sex slave'" "Climate Cultists get their own place of worship in Air Force Academy" Your comments to Ian in "State of the Union" "Pentagon calls for 'Office of Strategic Deception'" That's enough for now. Keep posting baseless articles, and I can add to this list (if you want).

I don't think you are intelligent, the way you talk, how you go with a wishy-washy populist stance, and your very limited perspective on life really makes me wonder about your mental capacity. This isn't an insult, just my logical analysis.

You don't even know what a wide view is, what the hell do you mean "a victim of groupthink"? You bash my show. You bash the people here. You bash me personally. You don't have a "wide view", you have a "closed, violent view". If you were physical enough, and on the other side of the spectrum, you'd be on the crusade in Iraq and Afghanistan yourself. It's people like you that cause the chaos in the world. You're not thinking things out for yourself, you're letting infowars do it for you. This conversation is over. Good luck to you, Darth.

Its called thinking outside the box of concrete, wires, and fancy imagery you live in. Expand your way of thinking into the greater world, and really try to understand how it all works. Take into account everything you possibly can and find structure and patterns. Its what astronomers, physicists and likes of Einstein do.

Groupthink defined Groupthink is a type of thought exhibited by group members who try to minimize conflict and reach consensus without critically testing, analyzing, and evaluating ideas. Individual creativity, uniqueness, and independent thinking are lost in the pursuit of group cohesiveness, as are the advantages of reasonable balance in choice and thought that might normally be obtained by making decisions as a group.[1] During groupthink, members of the group avoid promoting viewpoints outside the comfort zone of consensus thinking. A variety of motives for this may exist such as a desire to avoid being seen as foolish, or a desire to avoid embarrassing or angering other members of the group. Groupthink may cause groups to make hasty, irrational decisions, where individual doubts are set aside, for fear of upsetting the group’s balance. The term is frequently used pejoratively, with hindsight.

LOL!!! You send me to a link of where Groupthink is defined, and then REDEFINE IT in a later post! You, my dear friend, you are just brilliant. So! I don't think outside of the box! And I have a show where I've gotten letters that state that I'm insane because I'm too outside of the box! Dude, get a life. Think for yourself. Stop this nonsense.
