So, I look at my iPhone, I got a text message from Telstra: re: Case 134xxxxx for Service 0357xxxxx, your phone fault willbe attended to/fixed by 05/02/10 - 7pm. Apart from the missing space, the issue is, that phone number is country victoria, it sure as hell is not mine.

One would hope that a check would be done to make sure the account names match....

Rest assured that if you ever DO happen to be in Victoria, your phone won't work. :-D

Wow, they give themselves three months to attend to/fix the problem? I wish I could do that with my users.

Don't blame me. I voted for Chuck Norris.

I prefer year/month/day. Makes sorting work well. :)

I have been receiving messages from Workcover Victoria for the last three months. I have rung them to tell that I work in NSW and have never been to Mexico let alone put in a workcover claim! Some poor b**stard isn't getting looked after because they have got the wrong mobile number :wtf:

I don't speak Idiot - please talk slowly and clearly 'This space for rent' Driven to the arms of Heineken by the wife

I get other mobiles texts often. I don't know whether its the network, or just having a number that seems to be a catch all for easy mistakes. Some of them make interesting reading though. :)

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference
