What would you do with a free, empty Office (160m²) and 18 Month on your Hands?

We made a great deal with a partner of our company and therefore moving to a new office, 18 month before our rental contract ends (This is the current office[^]). Although we try hard to find a successor who will rent the office and tease the rental guy to release the contract, we don't seem to have success either. So my question to you:

"What would you do with an 160² office that is unused for the next 18 month?"

(hey, we even have a 2 MBit/s internet connection!) Would you

Use it to make big parties all day and night long?
Re-rent it to some other guys for 1 cent/m² to make at least a few bucks?
Do some other, really really crazy thing?
...

Stuff it with as much equipment as you can spare. Load some good games up. Set up a couple of UT servers, etc. 2) Troll the city, grab everyone you can find with beer and gaming skills. 3) Have fun...
