That is to say name a really bad film that you actually like watching, even if you do not want friends and family to know? I have a few... War Games The Fog The Land that Time Forgot. (Actually, anything with Doug McClure in it).
------------------------------------ I will never again mention that I was the poster of the One Millionth Lounge Post, nor that it was complete drivel. Dalek Dave
I loved War Games!! Some of my favorites that my friends hate: Idiocracy Tron Matrix (I love movies with "Mainframe" references) Event Horizon (just so weird had to love it)

There are a few, but the ones i would admit too are Streetfighter Bulletproof monk and too fast and furious (the second one in the series!)

Streets Of Fire has to be #1 bad movie I love to watch also. Ditto on the great soundtrack The costumes were extravegant and horribly over the top - but yet, tell me you don't secretly wish you could really dress like that. But what I liked best about this bad movie was the dialog. Everybody talked like a badass. Even the nerdy toad character.

Duel -- Steven Spielberg and Dennis Weaver -- A nut in a car and a wacco in a crazy truck it was so bad we watched it twice, just to make sure there wasn't something there we missed. But any time I see a semi truck with "teeth" I ghet totally freeked out

Starship Travesty is the worst obscenity WholelyWierd has ever produced from a classic SF nove. When Verhoeven drops dead I plan to: get a passport, goto the Netherlands, drink a large quantity of the local beer, and "pay my respects" on his grave.

I wholeheartedly agree. I think that anyone who has any kind of idea what RAH was talking about really, really hated that film.

Being There - Peter Sellers last movie (if I remember correctly) When I first saw it, lots of people left the theater, they were expecting a more Clouseau-type character. I never pass up a chance to see it, but haven't seen the original ending credits since...it was an out take that Peter never got right and the scene never made it into the movie.

You haven't died until you've seen "Fingers of Fury" It's so bad it's hilarious, but I'm not sure if it's a bad movie trying to be a good movie (my sons think so, in fact, they don't think it's that bad, for what it is) or a completely tongue-in-cheek leg-pulling exercise.

There was that movie (or several movies, to be exact) about a genetically enhanced agent. I think it was called "Chameleon" or something like that. Awesome

I can't believe you can type that and keep a straight face! The only connection between the book and film are a few names and the fact the baddies are bugs, it's an awful adaption of a good book.
You must be smoking something. Tell me what page in the book has the co-ed shower scenes. I'll wait.... Scratch that I won't wait. Cause there are none! The book was chock full armored suits, people going to sleep against their will, and failure. The book was far to matter of fact and had none of the visceral combat feel the movie did. "I shot a missile down a bug whole, blah blah blah, the missile...(to paragraphs for boring information about the missile) blah blah" The movie took that story, tossed out the crap, and added entertainment. I will not however defend any of it's sequels. Anyone involved with those should be set on fire.

Starship Troopers.
That's one of my favorite movies. Explosions, bugs, and co-ed shower scenes. Would you like to know more? One of the very few times the movie was far better than the book it was based on.
Personally, I liked the book because it fit the whole background. Still, the book directly would not have made a good movie (though their body armor would have been cool to see in the movie).
