I think I have a problem- I do not know how to relax

I'm doing following things. 1] Playing with KIDS/Friends on weekends/holidays 2] Movies(Mostly i prefer World Cinema, Westerns, Mystery) 3] Spend time alone standing/walking on Top floors till i feel well Choice is yours. I'm sure, you may think 3rd one is crazy but that one i prefer many times.

My problem is that I cannot switch my brain off. Every single moment I'm awake, I'm thinking something technical. I'm starting to be a bit scared of myself. :~

While I am able to relax (easy, takes about 30 hours straight of being awake), I did spend an entire spring break in college coming up with a 2D rendering algorithm I call minesweeper rendering. Guess that just sounded more fun than drinking alcohol off of naked women in Cancun. :rolleyes:

Do something, anything. Go for a run somewhere with flowers and trees then half way stop and take a close look - trees are amazing. Ever noticed te bark? All the insects liivng near trees? Even that miniscule part of our universe is fascinating so try to imagine what the rest is like.

Stay away from work.. Go to an unknown place and stay there for a few days..Switch off mobile phone. Never carry laptop, but carry a camera.
