I mean it's not a common English name at all, but if it was, it would probably be a girls name. The names I suggested as alternatives are the top 10 strippers names according to google, so perhaps cincin is fine for now.

Well, in Italy we use 'cin cin' before drinking, like (I suppose) 'cheers'. The 'cin cin' expression comes from China (disclaimer: as reported by Wikipedia IT). :)

Are you having doubts about whether you are a boy or a girl? Biologically speaking, that's fairly easy to check.

Not so. Physiologically speaking it is easy to check, but biologically not so easy. There are certain amides that are gender specific, and Neuron Patterns that can be ambiguous and are gender specific whilst not being sexually specific. Hermaphroditic individuals will display a physiogamy that is weighted more to one sex than the other whilst chemically the gender is implied the other way. (A Point I raise regularly is that Gender is not Sex, so when you see on a form Gender? you have to think whether you feel Masculine of Feminine today, I know many Masculine Women and Feminine Men!). There is also transexual gender specificism, wherein the body is, for example, Male, but the individual feels female. This can be a purely psychological condition, but studies indicate it is seeming to point to a more physical difference leading to the psychology. Lactic acid tolerance, frontal lobe developement, lymphatic and adrenal systems etc lead to a inconsistancy in sexual and gender developement in the brain. It is actually quite an interesting topic. It is not restriced to man, in fact it is VERY common in nature for sexual dynamic to cause physical change.

I don't have English-speaking friends. So I need someone give me any suggestion about my name or something else.

Repeating a syllable of a name is rare, in English, and used mainly for children (although my wife's name is YuHua, so I take great delight in loudly calling her "HuaHua!") (And "HuaHuaHua!") (And "HuaHuaHuaHuaHua!", etc.) (She hits me a lot.) I'd suggest dropping the repetition, to avoid the childish aroma, and changing the spelling from PinYin to phonetic Western spelling, e.g. "Tzin". That's easy enough to pronounce, and unusual enough for people to find it interesting. Or "Dave". Dave's always good (unless there are armored aliens involved and it's Friday night).
