Not so. Physiologically speaking it is easy to check, but biologically not so easy. Repeating a syllable of a name is rare, in English, and used mainly for children (although my wife's name is YuHua, so I take great delight in loudly calling her "HuaHua!") (And "HuaHuaHua!") (And "HuaHuaHuaHuaHua!", etc.) (She hits me a lot.) I'd suggest dropping the repetition, to avoid the childish aroma, and changing the spelling from PinYin to phonetic Western spelling, e.g. "Tzin". That's easy enough to pronounce, and unusual enough for people to find it interesting. Or "Dave". Dave's always good (unless there are armored aliens involved and it's Friday night).
