This is my 3,000th post in the last few months. Perhaps it's time I focus on article writing? In other news, I move into my new place tomorrow (I will be saving $400/month on rent as well as in a few other areas, such as utilities). Ok, that's enough "me time". Resume your regularly scheduled lounging. :)

Yep, rent at my old place was $800/month. I'll be moving into a smaller place that is $400/month. Actually, the new place is much larger, but I have 4 house mates (maybe a 5th moving in soon). Since we share utilities, those will also be much cheaper than now... maybe up to $100/month cheaper. Gas for my car will be a little more (I will live further away from my job), but the reduced laundry costs (don't have to pay for laundry anymore) should balance that out. Overall, I'm fairly excited to be saving so much money. That combined with my "poor man's diet" and I might be saving up to $10,000 a year. Goodbye debt!

Any medium-large city in the US. Big cities are even worse. The small Brooklyn (NYC) my sister and her friend are splitting is $1575/month.

Oh My God! The Chinese censorship blocked it. It is a fake site.
