Yet another idiot ripping off my COBOL '99 joke! "Researchers believe technology could be used to determine a computer typist's age, sex and culture within 10 keystrokes by monitoring their speed and rhythm." Sure -- in the land of clouds and cuckoos! What's missed off the report is "We need UKP30,000,000 over the next two years to research it, before we ultimately conclude that more research (money) is needed."

Haha...i forgot that UK doesn't have a measure in place like we have in the US. I cannot recall it, but it helps to prevent IT contractors from gaming the system to feed at the public trough.
