    I have an OCZ Rally2 16gb thumb drive. Yesterday, it made a second accidental trip through the washing machine, and much to my surprise, it survived. Amazing...

    .45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly

    I'm amazed you wash ur clothes, I use Scampi & Lemon Nik Naks to mask my smell! :cool:

        You should never use standby on an elephant. It always crashes when you lift the ears. - Mark Wallace C/C++ (I dont see a huge difference between them, and the 'benefits' of C++ are questionable, who needs inheritance when you have copy and paste) - fat_boy

            Nice. I tend to kill mine by plugging them in to our industrial PCs where someone has the internal USB cable wired up wrong. -5V across the power input tends to upset the USB controller. Though, they're cheaper to replace than the £200 IO board one person blew up once :rolleyes:

              I have a 2 gig one of those that gets daily heavy use watching videos off it...been going for years, still works great.

                I'm torn while reading this. It's just nasty on one hand, but on the other, I've done it. Lucky for me nothing of ever sticks when I try this, we used high gloss paint in my closet. :laugh:

                      My hirsh badge and RSA keyfob have survived between a half dozen and a dozen trips through without damage. The plastic coated ISO policy cards we're issued each year to wear with the badge are generally ruined after the second wash.
