Bought a paper once; in hindsight, price per page was so high it wasn't really worth it. Were you looking for something in particular?

You can easily find most of papers online, just google for the title. Ubiquitous B-Tree[^]. Note that these are not pirated copies but mostly draft version of papers used for peer review before they are published (differences are usually minor). In some cases it is the actual copy provided with the permission of publisher. -Saurabh
