Please, for your sake, seek help. Your quality of life will increase in ways you did not know it could. So far, we have pledges that would cover a trip to the psychiatrist roughly every two weeks, and would at least start to cover meds. The only restriction is that we have to agree to the particular doctor, just to make sure you are not having a friend print out receipts for you.

Monopolies are more common when their are complex regulations, or regulators that regulate in favor of the monopoly (which is all too common) In a free market, if there ever was a monopoly, it would have a hard time competing with business that can offer a better product at a lower price, which would cancel their monopoly.

If I thought you were responsible enough to handle the money wisely, I would not be offering the assistance. I don't need any personal information, I just need the name of the doctor to give the money to. The idea that, paying for you to go to a psychiatrist, I would not know you were, is, well, crazy.
