When is it permissible to get Demob Happy?

I handed in my notice at work three months ago, and now I'm in my penultimate week. I'm already demob happy, my concentration levels are through the floor and, frankly, I'm not shifting the usual large volumes of work. Too early, or too Late to start demob happiness? [Footnote] I have a new job BTW: I'm off to lecture IT in a University in Jordan (the country, not the slapper), starting in June. SPF 50 here I come...

Congrats on the new job! And for what it's worth, I've seen the FIGMO (F' It, Got My Orders) attitude set in as much as two months before the actual PCS in military people. Why should civilians be held to a higher standard? :-D
