      It works fine. Mind you - it all depends on the underlying hardware - and how many instances / vms you have running on 1 physical device. We have quite a few running in VMs - no problem - HA - and high traffic.

        When you say development, do you mean developers working on the machines? If you do, and you are using 64bit, my experience has been that VS2008 sucks.
