Windows 2000 server crash..

Hi... dunno if this is a known problem. My windows 2000 advanced (?!?) server hangs with some message. Let me tell somethig that I noted as peculiar. It hangs when I work with my local site with frames. At some point of time, IE will hang. After that if I close the IE window the windows crashes with the following m,essage... *** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000000,0x000000002,0x00000000,0xBB5863863E8) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL *** Address BB5863863E8 base at BB57D000, DateStamp 39c96343 - NISDRV.SYS The date stamp is same all the time?!?!. The server crashes atleast twice a day. What do I do now?? Dont advice me to move to linux...

What version of IE, and what SP level of Win2kAS? Technet has an article here[^].

I tried to see error messages. But of no use. And still have the problem... Still confused...
