      I think the best thing to do is to delete those messages silently. As I did.

          I don't understand the delete feature in Quick Answers. The link is still valid, the question is just marked as deleted. In the forums when a message is deleted it is no longer available.

            I am guessing some people will continue to see the message (with a "status: deleted" note), others will not see it at all. If so, it could be made clearer (and I would like a way to impersonate one of those others). :)
