    It could be a condom... Probably the driver forgot to take the protective "shell" off the camera before starting the route.

    Problem is, it would have to be a very short route or someone climbed out to remove it. Obviously they could have stopped to remove it :doh:

                For those of you not of a similar mind, don't worry. You would have needed to watch TV in Britain in the early 90s for a certain experience or have been a frequent commuter around the north circular.

                  It seems to start/stop right around Little Ceasar's (try advancing forward from here). Maybe they got the munchies, then thought it would like totally be an awesome idea to put a Little Ceasar's bag on the camera. :rolleyes:
