If that were true, why do projects never get finished ahead of time, nor on time?

Thinking ahead of time allows you to write Sci-Fi novels!

This reminds me of a sad story ... I had a friend, whose brother was born just a human head, no body; no kidding. Miracle of science, they called him. He went to school, ate food (albeit a tad messy) and tried to live a normal life as best as he could, which wasn't easy. Then, on his 21st birthday, a group of us decided to take him out for his first beer, so we headed to the local bar for drinks. Well, my friend ordered the first round, pounded his drink down and gave the shot to his brother. No sooner had he swallowed the drink, when a neck, arms and chest started growing out of him. We all stood an just watched in amazement. Well, with that happening, my friend yelled at the bar keep to bring around round of drinks; which he did. Again, my buddy drank his down and then gave the drink to his brother. And wouldn't you know it? He grew a torso! I mean, right before our very eyes, it was incredible! So again, another round of drinks was called for, and again, my friend drank his down and gave a drink to his brother, and with that drink, his brother grew legs and feet. We all started yelling and cheering, and my friend's brother staggered off the table top, and started running around the bar, as best he could, having never had legs or a body before, and we just cheered him on and on and on, when suddenly, he fell to the floor, dead. Oh, we tried to get his heart beating again, but to no avail. And my buddy sat there, sobbing, next to his dead brother's body. And the bar keep slowly walked over, put his hand on his shoulder and said something I'll not soon forget "You should have quit while he was ahead".

            I'm pro-crastination.

            Watched code never compiles.

I'm more of a believer in making decisions really fast. Why? Because you give yourself more time to correct mistakes that way.

No, because you are wasting the time to think ahead, but then you end up ahead of time where you were thinking. <-- IE, makes no sense as this sentence.
