You don't get a notification email, but you can see it on the lower left of your message - and it should change colour in the forum list.

Ok I see it. I guess maybe I have not had any voted before so when looking it is blank if no vote. However everyone else's of course offers me the option to vote. So it seemed like I could not see it. Thank you. :)

Go to your profile and click "Messages Posted" for an easily digested run-down of what you drunkenly posted the night before, which you struggle to remember doing and how well it was received. At least I assume that's what Dalek Dave does.
