                    I don't remember him saying no CCC but I do remember him posting from the count at his local returning centre where he is doing something for his local Conservative party. As a former Election Officer I can tell you that those things go on pretty late (there is of course the added possibility of celebratory drinkie-poos afterwards). So he is probably sleeping it off.
