Calorie Counting

A short while ago I had my elevenses, a cup of java and a big hunk of Jamaica Ginger Cake. I have just taken the plate back to the kitchen where I noticed that on the packet it states 'Only 93 Calories per slice'. I wish I had noticed earlier, I could have had a larger slice! :-D

I got one of those a few weeks ago - it's not as good as I remember it! It used to be sticky, and strongly gingery...slurp! I still find Soreen Malt loaf good though, especially if it is toasted with loads of butter. (we need a licks-lips-and-thinks-of-lunch emoticon)

Ahha, I shall respectfully disagree with you there. I think it's got worse over time, now it just seems to stick to your mouth without all the fruity tastiness it used to have. I could, however, happily munch on some Banana Cake....mmmmmmmmmm :)
