How to Display Outlook E-mail Box

Dear all, I am developing small application ASP.NET and C#. When I click on a name, then an outlook express should be opened to send e-mail to that Name. For this name, I need to assign E-Mail ID Internally. Please tell me, how to do this... Thanks in advance. Regards, Cheguri
