                I don't think it "accidentally" caught on fire. During the LA riots, a number of palm trees were set on fire, and it was tough to put them out; they went up like roman candles.

                    The kind of ladder that telescopes? She'd probably notice that. Best to just look through the blinds of a second story room. And THEN you can erect your ladder.

                          "Once she had the blaze under control, she then got her bikini situation under control and put everything back where it should be." By the way, dead palm fronds burn nicely and I guess tht would get other stuff nearby burning.
