I get nothing about Lobsterita from your link just a page about the worst Margarita. Anyway I thought a Lobsterita was a baby, female Mediterranean lobster (Also found occasionally in the Gulf of Mexico).

You are going to have to forgive Henry. He's having a difficult day with reading. Hopefully he'll recover in a day or so. :)

I have a few friends who work as waitresses at a Red Lobster, and I've always referred to them as "Lobsteritas". I guess I'll have to come up with a new term.

I find those a little too oily. I prefer them grilled.

All the article did was bitch about calories and fat. What about taste? (Not that it matters; I cringe at things that sweet.)

I think the taste is pretty much a given. All of that stuff tastes like corn syrup. Sugar is pretty much the dominant flavor in most sweet things in the US.

They complain about the calories, but it's a 24 ounce drink. How big was their alternative drink? At 250 calories, it can't have but 4 ounces[^] of tequila in it.

Yeah, I don't have the same indignation over the crap that goes into these things as the writers, and don't think much of the "better" alternatives. I just liked the name Lobsterita :) And given what else goes into those things, I'd say 4 oz is very optimistic.

I'd think the customers were the itas of the lobsters. Hmm.
