I was just about to post about this. Tragic! I was wondering why the 'Mad'? He must certainly be a little annoyed although not necessarily mad yet. :)

Wow. That's seriously messed up. My best mates in laws live in Whitehaven. If he's stopped at Boot, then chances are he's headed for the campsite at Hollins Farm near Scafell Pike.

That's what the Police were considering. There must have been a stressor, something that set him off, perhaps a bad passenger in his cab or work pressures. But it is that time of year when tourists start filling the Lakes, and there could be yet more deaths.
