Jim, are you talking about that bridge that we both co-own? I'd be glad if you could find a potential client.

Really? That sounds like a great idea! Here's the deal. The property is a small 11 room house, currently owned by this hot Namibian princess that I used to date back in college. We broke up, but stayed friends, I'm sure you know the drill (wink, wink). The thing is, her dad, a General in the Namibian Army, is pissed at her and wants to take the house away, so she's trying to sell as fast as she can. How soon could you move the property? If I could help her out, I think she'd be really grateful, kind of smooth things over after this really bad box of chocolates I sent to her a few years back on Valentines day.

Is her dad by any chance the same Nigerian astronaut-guy, that was stuck for 11 years on the Mir, because the Russians couldn't get him back on Earth for money shortage and whose salary was paid to an inaccessable account and if we just would pay the fee for transferring this money to an english account so we could claim it's ours, withdraw it and pay for a transfer back home on a Soyuz capsule, that guy would give us 20 percent of this huge aggregated ammount (millions!!!) and from whom I never heard anything after I spent twentythousand bucks?

No, her Dad's a nice guy, just a little bossy and has a bit of a temper. I met him once for dinner. I think he has hyper-glycerin or something like that. He did complain about the banks an awful lot though...

I spent half of my life being harassed because my IQ is the lowest in the family (132), yet I have: A) jumped from accounting to software engineering without a degree B) advanced the state of 3D graphics with several algorithms that changed the face of 3D visualization in its day C) saved lives with my software and been recognized by the group of people whom I helped (that cake and party was the best award out of all the awards I have received in my life) D) written multiple papers and lectured on 3D landscapes, augmented reality and piloting software for UAV's and E) started my own part-time business (which may or may not succeed, but hey I keep trying without complaining too hard - times are tough, you deal as best you can and keep trying). You are as strong of a person as you choose to be, regardless of your IQ.

I accept that gracefully. It's not all brilliance that counts - else i wouldn't call myself by the name "smart-not clever". It is keeping in mind these tough times that i have tried working out something .If you spend some time on it ,u'll find it's really for people and it's not really a business.

Wow that sounds fascinating, but I am concerned about the property. I love innovative and professional stuff. Does it cover the new innovational executors pattern that the GOF team is about to release? I'm really interested in that. Also what about neo-collaborative fixative programming? That's another hot area I'm interested in.

Hmmm. OK, I've been over and had a look at this inter-xect and I would like to say that it's innovative and solves a real problem. I'd like to, but I can't. I'm pretty sure that you were told before that you needed to define an identity and have a strong story to say what your product is. I had to go hunting about the site to find out what your application does and then I had to spend some time deciphering the pseudo-tech bull you used. You seem to have tried to define your own terminology here and this generally isn't a good idea unless you are a major player in the industry. For instance, Microsoft have been trying to market Bing as a decision engine - people are confused because this is a term they don't recognise. Google, however, have a search engine - they weren't the first and they didn't try to redefine the terminology, now look at how successful they are. Successful marketing depends on many things, but one of the most important ones is that people must be able to understand what your product is about. In 60 seconds, you must be able to describe what your product is and why people should use it. Your help page reads like a page from how not to succeed in marketing. If you are serious about your business idea, then you need to spend some serious time and serious capital; get advice from marketing experts and listen to it.

What would you suggest ? a term for this kind of a search engine that works from data input by people and enterprises.? anyway thanks - You just made my day !I dont have a job to offer but if you'd like to get involved in some way , just get in touch. thanks.

It's still a search engine. No matter how you try to dress it up, that's what it is (especially as this is where all search engines get their data). It uses a different approach, but so does Google.

I accept that gracefully. It's not all brilliance that counts - else i wouldn't call myself by the name "smart-not clever". It is keeping in mind these tough times that i have tried working out something .If you spend some time on it ,u'll find it's really for people and it's not really a business.

If you believe that, then you have failed before you begun. Recognizing difficulty is realism, recognizing that your business is failing because of the time you chose to start and that people win and businesses lose.... then that is failure, not your business, but your personal failure. When I moved to 3D graphics, the head of the project was furious. He had a PhD and no one without an advanced degree could ever do what I was attempting. I was inventing something new and innovative, not rehashing what I found on the pre-internet. But my bosses had no one else, and I at least had years of user interface experience -- it was a start, and they would keep looking for someone with better skills. Three years later that head of the project was my greatest defender, and my software and recognition of it (which went to him as head of the project, of course) got him a huge promotion to DC. Everyone gets a bad roll of the dice at times. What you choose to do with it is completely up to YOU!.

Help diagrams are for pussies. Real programmers will understand the innovative sub text, especially if you use micro-meta-data to describe the non-uniform rational polyphase data. This is crucial. Use binary Venn diagrams for this and a dash of O(n) algorithmic set theory.
