      Well, I don't personally care anything at all about soccer, but for others, my original statement is probably appilicable.

          Some people may be recording the games because they have no way to watch them at work.

                  It serves my purpose to relieve the lounge of being clogged with this crap. If I happen to appear to care about others, it's only incidental. Besides, my request was better received this way.
