After waiting 5 minutes for the IDE to finally open I click new project and wait some more.... I create simple form project (for testing) and again I am waiting... Still waiting... What the heck? "Hello... Is this thing on???" OK there is my form... Wait no I am still waiting... OH now it says it loaded successfully. WTF my mouse is not responding!!!! If I have to wait anymore for a stupid form app... OH there it is. WTF was I doing now? Oh yeah trying to set up a connection to a test data base. So I need a DB Project... Solution-> Add -> New Project :mad:Waiting some more!?!? OK there are the selections... ANd add SQL Server 2008 Database Project And here we go waiting some more.... Still waiting... Man how long has this been going on.

Microsoft firendly and ohhh so meaniful error stated:

"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlParser, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=nuetral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one if its dependencies. The system cannotfind the file specified

So what would you expect the normal google search to result in??? Well none other than "Rinse and repeat the install"!!!:omg::mad::omg::mad:

Computers have been intelligent for a long time now. It just so happens that the program writers are about as effective as a room full of monkeys trying to crank out a copy of Hamlet.

I'd stick with VS2008! soooooo much faster.

No trees were harmed in the posting of this missive; however, a large number of quantum states were changed.

Well, I've been using VS 2010 on wide array of installation both at office and at home since its 1st Beta, and I am yet to see anything even remotely like that... Most prolly your installation was botched... :|
