Sharepoint Upgrade from 2007 (WSS) to 2010 on Windows Server 2008

has anyone done this? what major issues did you encounter? mine seems to have installed fine but there is no central admin site even after i've run the configuration wizard. i tweaked a bit more and now it's not even doing the config wizard, returning some *WYukon* ConnectionString error. Thanks for any tip.

Out of curiosity, are you upgrading to 2010 MOSS or Foundation?

I'm uprading to Server not Foundation. I don't think there's MOSS in 2010?
