When can you start feeding a gremlin ?

So you cannot feed a gremlin after midnight , so when can they start feeding again ? What happens if a gremlin catches a plane and flies through timezones ? ( Any potentially logical answers to be forwarded to my youngest daughter). Am I the only one forever playing catch up with technology , while all the juicy opportunites keep rolling by ?

Andrew, I to became confused as a child when I saw the movie. I thought "They can't eat after midnight... Its ALWAYS after midnight. They will DIE!!!!":((. The only semi-logical answer I can think of is that they can't eat after midnight until the sun comes up. (i.e. After midnight when it still is dark they can't eat, but as soon as the sun comes up they can eat.) In regards to flying through timezones, According to my rule as long as it is dark and past midnight in the current timezone then they cant eat. So yes, there will be catastrophic consequences if a gremlin is eating when you enter the other timezone. (I suggest not to attempt this procedure with children around:-D) Cheers and hope this can help your daughter, Chris.

If you feed it before midnight, make sure you wash its face, and brush its teeth, else it may end up inadvertantly eating any left over food remenants in the night. You should also get some of that nasty stuff for painting on fingernails, as you can't have it nibbling on its nails in the night. I'd guess it's related to the current gravitational pull caused by the sun's position in the sky, so once the sun has started rising, then food would be fine again, but it'd probably best not to feed it until lunchtime just to be certain (a grouchy but cute gremlin is preferable to an evil but satisfied one!) -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

I saw these fine films are out on DVD, hope they come out in Oz soon as well.
