Hello all, I've received a DVD that I can't use: there are some files inside, and two of them are MP4 files. My customer tells me that there is one player named judgeplayer that allowd him to see them, but in my case, I can't use the files... :(( I've tried the VLC program (usually it makes it) without luck, also the media player of windows 7 and XP and also one linux player... I've seen the wikipedia and google (our friend) to try to find more info but they recommended me to use VLC X| I've just run out of ideas... Any advice here? As always thank you in advance...

It sounds like the video isn't in fact MPEG4. If they were VLC would show something.

I ran into a few MP4 files just last week that don't play properly in VLC (shearing and ghosting on the left side as well as colour artifacts), but are fine in Quicktime. Cheers, Drew.

Yes, there are often issues with buffer management but it seems nothing showed at all in this case.

Hmm, seems she said she couldn't use them. Nothing about not seeing anything. That leaves just about everything open. Cheers, Drew.

Don't worry ;) , I'll have to ask for that software. Thank you for trying!
