I didn't see this in current bug list. Deleted Tip/Tricks are also showing in Needing Approval section of home page with message - Sorry, this tip/trick has been deleted.

Probably Caching issue...did you tried Cntrl+F5? Check the server name at the bottom... like Web22... or so. Track it.

I don't think the deleted Tip/Trick is listed due to Cache problem.

By track it i meant that see what value is it on postback/refresh of the page. Other servers might not be updated instantly about the deletion or so. Though Chris might confirm it.
