        Passing a method as a return value from a static COM function is indeed special. They didn't have delegates or lambdas back then. That is something JSOP'esque if ever there was.

                  You must have seen that it has all the numbers from 0-9 once and thus the sum would be 45, which is divisible by 3... not a prime!

                                Yes I remember this one; if the sum of the digits in a number is divisible by 3 this means that the number is also divisible by 3.
