omg I feel like reading a $_PHP_@@$$@ Code. Burns my eyes. :sigh:
Starting to think people post kid pics in their profiles because that was the last time they were cute - Jeremy.
:laugh: accept my apologies to post in Hindi here. BTW Hindi is one of the sweetest languages, world's third largest spoken, having vast literature and a great history.
~~~ I don't have signature. Am I not trendy enough? ~~~
I'm only suggesting a thread asking foreigners to desist from horsing around with the Hindi programming forum has a better chance of working if posted in the Hindi programming forum than in the Lounge. :shrug: It's up to you mate, if you think my idea is good do it, otherwise just ignore it. Kinda pointless to debate it here. :) Anyway, if you do post it there, you won't be diluting the forum quality even by your standards - last I checked, there were 0 programming questions.
Cheers, विक्रम (Got my troika of CCCs!) Need sig - urgentz!!!
Now there is 1 :)
Not impressed with the OP's thread? Or not impressed with people abusing a programming forum? :)
Also, it isn't a Hindi version of Lounge. Use it as expected or leave it. It is meant for programming questions.
Why not ? if they want to post jokes in Hindi, at least other people will understand. Me think it's ok that Hindi writing CP user use the Hindi forum for anything Hindi related (a mix bag of all the forums in CP) (also applies to the chinese forum).
Watched code never compiles.
:wtf: It's a programming forum. It's not a Hindi-Lounge.
Well, then there needs to be a Hindi/Indian Lounge forum (separate from the Hindi programming forum).
completely clueless about what the OP is saying, who it's directed at, or why it's in the Lounge.
Wow, you are behind the times :-) Chris launched Hindi and Chinese specific programming forums last week. Here's the Hindi forum: http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1580229/General-Programming-Hindi.aspx[^] As you can see it's being used for Lounge-like threads and that's what the OP's talking about.
no, i've seen them listed in the forum list. haven't read them, for obvious reasons...
but this isn't the Hindi forum. what's the point of telling people here about the rules for that other forum ? wouldn't the Hindi forum be a more appropriate place ?
Yeah, I'd personally have posted it there myself. I reckon the OP posted it here because the people posting google-translated Hindi threads are active-Loungers. Incidentally I just started a new Lounge thread on starting a Hindi/Indian version of the Lounge :-)
Shameless self-promotion, eh? ;P Btw, I am not a Hindi scholar, but समाधान, at least in Marathi means "consolation" :) Maybe मदद might have been more appropriate?
