I recently bought a book on COM+ programming with C++ and ATL. One of my coworkers, who is very anti-C++ say, "you know all that stuff is going away with .net". Well... is he right? What is the future of COM and ATL in the .net platform? Any online resources would be very helpful. Thanks. --amp

COM+ will be with as for a long time, in some form or other. It will just get easier to use.
