Which part? "outraging public decency" is the name for a common-law offence in the UK.

Perfectly clear... A lot of people were upset at seeing Miss Lewis in court.

Makes sense to me: A woman called "Wendy Lewis" has confirmed that she broke the law buy urinating on, then performing an (unspecified) sex act in public, when she appeared at court to answer the charges. In the UK, public urination is illegal, as is public nudity and / or sex. To urinate on a memorial to those fallen in two world wars is definitely going to upset at least some members of the public. Which part is difficult - I'm not being funny, just curious?

You're assuming, of course, that she hasn't bred a few times already. At that age most chavs are expecting their first grandchild (if it hasn't already been born)

I doubt it, corrupted genes like this example usually hold low IQs, the chance of her grandson finding the cure is about as likely as me becoming the most richest person in the world.

Dunno, for two reasons: - I have a hard time with people who declare themselves to be superior to others, just because they believe that their values and desires in life are more important than others' values and desires in life. - You can't p1ss on the politicians who made important decisions and sent those poor boys to their deaths, so what are you left with to p1ss on?

I've actually seen a lot of evidence against what you are just saying. With parents that only care for alcohol and beating each other to a pulp and children that are quite intelligent and end up leading normal and productive lives. It's all a matter of education (you're giving nature too much credit when it comes to speed of selection) mostly at school since there's no such thing in their homes. I guess not having to go to schools where everyone is exactly in the same situation as yourself helps see what normal is. As long as children of that kind of parents get immediately branded and isolated there isn't much of a chance of actually finding what that child would do if he/she could understand normal. Seems to me that while on the front Western Europe is adopting the most ridiculous PC attitude, in the background this attitude just makes things worse when it comes to integrating migrants/social cases that come from outside of what a decent life is. It seems to encourage people to form enclaves and isolate themselves in worlds not even their original countries would dream of returning to. Parents' paranoia isolates children based only on what the other parents are, projecting the sins of ... Think the same would happen in any place where a nucleus of a civ is allowed to form and grow. And the worst part is that the mini civ won't even evolve. Chavs will breed chavs, extremists will breed extremists, snobs will breed snobs. What do you think would happen if a child goes to a school where he meets other people, different culture. Even with a kind of home education (and even easier without it), eventually he'll give in to the new world, and change, a little or a lot but without variation there's no chance for change. PS: it's so messy due to no medication for my ADD :D .

As per my response to our Shepherd above: 'No. After a couple of cups of coffee I blush looking back at this, but I'll own up: I read it as she had performed an act OF "outraged public decensy", not an act THAT "outraged public decensy".
