          If the computer was running an AI program, would that be considered murder or assisted suicide (since the computer couldn't hold the gun, it had Mr. Campbell do it)?

              The story is inaccurate. His pistol was a SEMI-automatic, not an "automatic".

                    That depends. IF you can get within ~21 feet before they draw their gun you've turned the gun fight into a knife fight. At this point it's more likely than not that you can rush and stab them before they can draw and shoot you. :-\

                      The brother of a coworker works there. The guy actually shot up multiple servers, but forgot one or ran out of bullets before he got to it. He was going to shoot himself, but used all of his bullets on the computers.
