I have an uncle who, when I was a little older than your son, would sing 'corrupted' versions of nursery rhymes to me. My mother used to scold him but I loved them. At one point, when my daughter was a toddler, it required four repetitions of Itsy-Bitsy Spider and four of The Barney Song (both verses) before she would go to bed. I remember being so tired I couldn't see straight, and singing those over and over again. She leaves for college in less than a week. God, I miss that :((.
