This morning before breakfast I sent off my CV to every recruitment agent who has pestered me in the last few months as my contract runs out on Friday. Hoping for something in the North of England but who knows.
He took it all too far, but boy could he play guitar!

He took it all too far, but boy could he play guitar!
Good luck. If you have your CV on Jobsite and Monster, I was told by a recruiter to re-upload them every Tuesday and Thursday as the recruiters only look at the newest ones. But you probably knew that anyway. Anyways, like I said, good luck, hope you get something new soon! :)

Not true. I still get calls and emails relating to CV I last uploaded and/or updated in May 2008!

Yeah maybe even as far South as Sheffield. Further down than that is a no go as far as living, but I'd gladly take some Southern cash in a job - I'm just a Northern tart.

Not true. I still get calls and emails relating to CV I last uploaded and/or updated in May 2008!

You want Southern Rates and Northern Prices. Yeah, you are a tart. Personally I would prefer Northern Prices and London Rates, for I am an even bigger tart!

I do also consider it missionary work bringing joy and mirth to the South. I see the end of Eastenders now and again and what a bunch of miserable gits they are.

I have found that they do keyword searches and email job/contracts details without bothering to read the CV's. I put in mine that I wanted jobs in the North West of England, but regularly get emails about jobs in North West London. My CV also includes the words NHS, manager, personnel - all in different sections - I worked on an NHS project, was an IT manager and have worked on various personnel systems - I get job adverts for "NHS Personnel Manager"!
