Hey kids, I'm tasked with a CRM investigation and so far I feel like I'm staring at twins of twin sisters. Anybody have a CRM they really like that has mobile options, Outlook integration and real-time collaboration features for sales managers and such? If you have a personal experience with a good one or know 1st or 2nd person of someone who has had good luck with one give it a shout here.

That's probably the single most over saturated market in all of software-dom. I don't envy you wading through all that stuff.

Amen. Plus they like to use enough acronyms and buzzwords to choke a horse. X|

They are good. Still kind of murky as far as Katie goes. We kind of spiraled out of control when the economy crashed. We nearly lost everything but I said "nearly" I found a nice full-time client that is helping tons and we are getting back on our feet. Self-employment is very tricky when you let your contacts of the past 4 years go totally dark when you found a full-time client that paid you plenty. That was dumb. So anyway, lots of living and learning going on here. Not much time for reflection but the way life is right now you don't really need any. It's pretty obvious and very painful when you screw up so everyone is trying not to. Me included. We are doing okay though.
