      Experiment with cooking. It's easy and quite relaxing for a computer geek. I never managed to cook something inedible and at the moment I can actually get some nice stuff out of internet recipes ... as long as I bother going shopping for ingredients instead of ordering pizza.

                  I don't know about how things are in your place, but healthy food tastes great in India. And when I workout, there's hardly anyone at the gym (9PM to 10 PM). BTW, I'm not saying coffee or tea is bad, it's a part of our lives.

                                  I actually can cook and dish up a decent meal. I just don't have the efficiency of my mother or sister to wake up early, cook, clean and go to work. It's the same story in the evenings too. I do cook when I find enough time and patience.
