...on how to design, set up, and implement a web site and server that has messaging, CVS access, security, et al. I've got an idea and want to see if its feasible. Cheers The universe is driven by the complex interaction between three ingredients: matter, energy, and enlightened self-interest.

In the interest of efficiency (being one of those geeky programmer types)... Matter is actually an expression, or form of, energy. Self interest (enlightened or otherwise) is an expression of force. Although energy is a phrase often used in New Age and metaphysical circles to denote a motivating power, what they really mean is force, as energy is motivated by force. So, we might restate the previous as follows: The universe is driven by the complex interaction between energy and force. Of course, the universe is actually the representation of "all that is", and as such is not driven by anything but is both the driver and the driven. So, we might further shorten it to: The Universe is the complex interaction between energy and force. The capitalization of Universe is a way of indicating that it represents not just the physical (astronomical) universe, but all that lies beneath it. Lucas probably never quite realized how close to the mark he was. But then, this is just the sort of thing you get from me before I've had enough of my morning coffee...
