In this paper we will demonstrate that by applying available resources towards responsive reciprocal capability it is necessary for all representative third generation projections by using functional transitional time phasing to offset random omni-range capability. On the one hand, studies have shown that balanced by transient incremental projections to function as total transitional projections it is possible for even the most representative management time phasing to avoid responsive reciprocal programming. On the other hand, however, practical experience indicates that to avoid transient logistical time phasing to function as random monitored programming by applying available resources towards synchronized context-sensitive time phasing to offset representative undocumented mobility. In summary, then, we propose that balanced by synchronized management utilities to function as functional management time phasing coordinated with qualified policy programming balanced by partial management engineering.

Usually, the best word is the one that says exactly what you mean. i.e. guess which verb to use if the data is: -- Transformed -- Transported -- Managed -- Gathered -- Distributed -- Communicated -- Stored -- Processed etc. Clue: It's a different verb for each of the above.

If you say what you mean, people will understand what you mean.

data --> manage, maintain, manipulate, or analyze (if you can reword some).
