I've been online for almost 13 hours on a 56K modem and it's not too bad. I think you just need to learn to do other stuff while you wait for www.codeproject.com/lounge.asp to refresh. Here're some suggestions: * play with ants (don't ask, they just seem to love my k/b) * listen to music * do your laundry -- which I still need to do and it's already 8:44pm * read emails * eat Pringles. :-O * squash ants that get too friendly * etc . . . I used hate it too. But now I have a 600k cable connection. The Lounge refreshes in around 2-3 seconds. Great it is! Absolutely fantastic. I can't think of anything nicer than having a broadband connection. :-D
