I often try to get webmasters drunk in attempts to get passwords from them. All your drinks for the night will be on me. :-D

What about the members of CP that don't drink. Pubs really only work for drinkers.

Need custom software developed? I do custom programming based primarily on MS tools with an emphasis on C# development and consulting. I also do Android Programming as I find it a refreshing break from the MS. "And they, since they Were not the one dead, turned to their affairs" -- Robert Frost

I don't drink but love a good night down the pub

As barmey as a sack of badgers Dude, if I knew what I was doing in life, I'd be rich, retired, dating a supermodel and laughing at the rest of you from the sidelines.

I propose we have a day each year where all Code Project members actually get off their computers and meet with eachother in some public location. Here are the proposed details:

            • When: the first Saturday night of August.
            • Where: local pubs.

I know a lot of members don't like to post their location online. Somebody should build a mobile device app that will anonymously post a person's location. It will require Code Project login details so other's don't try to use it. And it should be on multiple platforms (maybe even one on Code Project for members who don't have smartphones). We can then use that map to find the best places to meet other Code Project members. Maybe we could even have a pin/wristband or something that identifies us, so we can spot eachother. This meetup day should be announced in all Code Project emails sent prior to the day. And Bob should dress up for it too. Now we just need Chris to ratify this proposal. :)

Hell no, you get to bring a big banner saying "Sponsored by CodeProject and Molson brewery" and pay for it all. Get your marketing minions on it, breweries are surprisingly easy to get free stuff out of.

How awesome would that be? A real life flame thrower war. We could wear CP t-shirts over those extreme fire proof suits so no one gets seriously hurt and the object would be to burn the t-shirt off. :)

Fair enough, I choose not to consume alcoholic beverages either orally, intravenously, or rectally. Although, I would mainline sour patch kids.

Given a choice you actually *chose* Toronto over Vancouver or Victoria, you're a Torontonian as far as I'm concerned until proven innocent. ;) Coopers sounds fine though, get those minions on it. :)

Chose? I was lured here during the hottest Summer on record 10 years ago. I was plied with alcohol. I was, in a word, scammed.
